Wednesday's One-Liners

I apologize for the delay Fanboy readers. I decided to take a few days to do no labor around the Labor Day weekend. None. I watched TV. Saw a few movies I've had on the shelf for weeks. Hired someone to do my lawn. But the good news is I have a lot to tell you. Some new shows to let you in on and plenty of pop culture scoops. So let's get back into it...

The A.V. Club has a great interview with J.J. Abrams. And here's a scoop: I'll have my own in the next few days for you guys.

Speaking of "Lost," don't forget the Sci Fi channel will begin showing the series from the beginning on Sept. 15.

Steve Martin has a banjo CD in the works. That's right. A banjo CD.

Here's an interview with the creators of "Psych."

John McCain. Sarah Palin. "Battlestar Galactica." Check out the connections.

The creator of "The Wonder Years" is bringing it back '80s style.

Wanna see the poster for "Zack and Miri" that is only available in Canada? And while I can't show you the new red-band trailer, I can tell you where it is.

Co-creator of the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" Kevin Eastman has said that a new live-action film is in the works.

The "Watchmen" trial is set for January.

Damon Lindelof is going to make Stephen King's "The Dark Tower" series when "Lost" is over.

Apology accepted, although I was very disappointed in lack of updates. Did you hire Rick to do your yardwork? Anyway, I never saw the X-Files movie. Gotta wait until the DVD.
