Steelers should stop this one

Ben Roethlisberger of the Pittsburgh Steelers is next Monday's Raw guest host. And that's not a good thing.
Ben Roethlisberger of the Pittsburgh Steelers, and his entire offensive line, will be on the next Monday Night Raw, which will take place at Wachovia Arena at Casey Plaza in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

Roethlisberger will serve as the latest "guest host," a celebrity who is put "in charge" of making WWE's matches for the evening.

With a 1-2 record, I think the Steelers are crazy for allowing their quarterback and his teammates to show up on Raw. I can't imagine Steelers fans are too keen on this either.

On that note, Roethlisberger and the Steelers face a must-win Sunday against the San Diego Chargers.

Imagine the backlash of the Super Bowl Champions being 1-3 and Big Ben and Company then going out and having a good time in the wrestling ring the following night.

Pittsburgh would be in an uproar.

I will say Roethlisberger does have a good Foundation going -- The Ben Roethlisberger Foundation, which I'm sure he'll plug throughout Monday's show. It supports police and fire departments across the country, along with the quality of life for residents of Roethlisberger's hometown of Findlay, Ohio, and his playing town of Pittburgh.

But that may be the only good thing to come out of this.
