I just stumbled upon a juicy little nugget. "The Office" celebrates its 100th episode next month, and it looks like they celebrate in style.

holly.jpgThe episode, on May 14, will be the season finale, and will feature the return of Michael's ex, Holly (played by Amy Ryan). There's no word on whether this will be Ryan's last appearance, or if she'll be back next season.

The basis of the finale also sounds like it could be really good -- even beyond Holly's return. Can you say 'company picnic'? There's a lot of possibilities there, and I can't help but think of the "Beach Games" episode. If it's anything close to that, this season finale will rock. The one negative that I can see already: it's a half-hour episode.

Andy's new movie

So remember a little while back when I was complaining about how Andy Bernard had been pretty much left out of an episode of "The Office"? Well, I think I found what he was busy doing. Here's a clip to a movie starring Ed Helms. It's scheduled to come out June 5.

Helms is a great actor, and "The Hangover" looks like it could be hilarious. It's directed by Todd Phillips, who also directed the classic "Old School", and also stars Bradley Cooper, Heather Graham, Jeffrey Tambor and Mike Tyson, among others.

Hope you enjoy the trailer.

Q&A with Oscar Nunez

Oscar Nunez.jpgWith "The Office" season 5 premiere tonight, I caught up with one of the show's stars, Oscar Nunez, who plays accountant Oscar Martinez.

How long have you guys been in production now? I'm not sure if I can ask how your gay-cation was.
HA! Vacation was great. But it's been a blur the last seven weeks.

Sunday night, when the (Emmy) awards come out, were you kinda ... ticked?
It was a weird night. We were up for a lot. And I kinda thought "30 Rock" would win. But I really thought Rainn (Wilson) was gonna win (for supporting actor). But we got shut out. It didn't hit us until after -- it was kinda weird. I'm happy "Mad Men" won because I really like that show, and happy for "30 Rock" and Tina Fey, and "John Adams" cleaned up. But, dude -- ugh, we didn't like that, getting shut out.

How nice is it being able to go into this season just focused on the season, unlike last season when there was the strike?
Absolutely. That went on far too long last year. I wish there would be one union for both (actors and writers), and strikes should be the absolute last thing. Strikes suck.

So what can we expect from Oscar this season?
So far, showing up for work and happy to be there. This is gonna be a good season -- wow, the season premiere is tomorrow. We have some really good directors, and it's gonna be a lot of fun.
