- Wii Fit demos with certified Exercise Physiologists
- Kids Yoga - sessions begin every half hour from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
- Get well card coloring station for patients in Speediatrics and the area's only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
- NASCAR race car, Physics Lab and the Pit Crew Challenge from the Daytona 500 Experience
- Hands-on fossil exploration with the Museum of Arts & Sciences

Healthy Cooking Demonstrations and Tastings by Halifax Health's Own Chef Glenn Evans
Every half hour, beginning at 9:30 am, outside the lobby under the covered breezeway

Halifax Health dietitians will be on-hand to answer questions and explain the benefits of each dist that Chef Glenn prepares
